Trip Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Once your trip is booked, cancellations will not be accepted and payments will not be refunded unless your reservation can be rebooked or the captain cancels the trip.

  1. Payment Requirements
    All offshore reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

  2. Refunds and Trip Cancellations
    Refunds are issued only if the captain cancels the trip. In such cases, you may choose to receive a refund, store credit, or reschedule for a future date.

  3. No-Show Policy
    Failure to appear for your scheduled trip will result in forfeiture of all payments. No exceptions.
    These trips have limited seating; if you do not show, your seat remains empty but must still be paid for.

  4. Boarding Procedures
    Boarding will begin one hour prior to departure. Guests will be called to board in the order in which reservations were made.

  5. Attempted Rebooking of Canceled Reservations
    If you notify the office of a cancellation in advance, we will make every effort to resell your seat; however, this is not guaranteed.
    If the seat is successfully rebooked, you will receive store credit.

  6. Weather and Trip Notifications
    If a trip is canceled, you will be notified by phone and email.
    Please do not assume a trip is canceled based on weather conditions. We sail in rain unless the captain determines otherwise.

  7. Personal Belongings
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your vehicle is locked and that you take all personal belongings with you when disembarking.
