About

         •Fishing from the 125' Big Jamaica Head Boat!

        •On these trips, we will target Ling & possibly Striped Bass. 

        •These trips usually find the Jamaica fishing within 30–90 minutes from our dock.

        •Reservations are recommended as trips may sell out! Walk-ons are welcome.

More Info

     •Guest may start boarding up to 1.5 hours before the departure time

    •Meals are not included but the Big Jamaica has a limited snack bar: chips, sodas, water, microwavable food, and NA drinks

   •Guest can use our microwave

  •No nautical GPS/Tracking. These Devices are prohibited.

  •Rod rental is NOT included

  •Bait is included with all of our trips

What to bring

   •You may bring a cooler, snacks, beverages of your choice. No bottles; cans only. NO hard alcohol permitted. Beer: no more than 1 six-pack per adult

   •Ice is not provided and is available at the dock and tackle shop for purchase. 

   •Protection from the weather (hats, sunglasses, sunblock).

Recommended Fishing Tackle

• Rod & Reel – 6½ or 7-foot medium rod with Penn Jigmaster or equivalent conventional reel (20 to 30-lb monofilament)
• Tackle – 6 to 10-oz bank sinkers, 2/0 and 3/0 bait holder hooks, 30-lb test leader material.
• Rod & Reel rentals are available for additional charges.
• Please bring cash for the Mate's Tip (not included in Fare price) and for Concessions/Ice for your cooler home, as there is no ATM on the boat or in the Basin.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAR IS LOCKED AND ALL BELONGINGS COME OFF THE BOAT

Fishing trips & Cruises usually run in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the Jamaica  may cancel any trip up to its start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions or sea conditions. If the Captain cancels a trip, ticket-holders will be entitled to reschedule the trip, receive credit for a future trip or receive a full refund. There are no refunds for no-show’s.
